Ingredients

280g Self-raising flour
200g Butter
55g Cane sugar
2 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 jar Mincemeat (325g)

Method

Place the , , , and in a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Tip half the mixture into a 23 cm (9) loose bottomed cake tin and press gently down.
Spread the evenly on top, followed by the remaining crumble mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Cool slightly and decorate with orange zest before serving.
